UpliftFit provides fit-for-purpose AI consultancy services including business uplift AI, fit-for-purpose assessments, elevation roadmaps, purpose alignment, and uplift sprints. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Information on our website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a signed agreement.

All content on upliftfit.life — including text, graphics, logos, images, software modules, and design — is owned by or licensed to UpliftFit and protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or modification requires prior written consent from UpliftFit.
Custom AI solutions developed for clients remain the intellectual property of UpliftFit unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Clients receive a licence to use delivered solutions for their internal business purposes.

Service fees are specified in individual agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of three years, except for information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UpliftFit, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our website, or violation of applicable laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website at any time for violation of these Terms. Service agreements may be terminated as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of upliftfit.life after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
